The natural dishes without the five forbidden pungent roots (leeks, garlic, wild rocambole, Korean leeks, asafoetida) and any artificial flavors are the keynotes of this restaurant. Pan-fried dough and fritters are tasty dishes dipped in potato starch and glutinous rice flour, instead of wheat flour. We use organic vegetables delivered directly from the farm.
